  • A one-time startup or onboarding fee

  • Recurring monthly subscription fees

3. Billing & Automatic Renewal

By subscribing, you authorize DAMDONE (or its payment processor) to:

  • Charge the one-time startup fee at checkout

  • Automatically charge the monthly subscription fee on a recurring basis

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support.

  • Cancellation stops future billing

  • You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time

5. Fees & Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future billing cycles only.

6. Refunds

All payments, including startup fees and monthly subscription fees, are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with system security or performance

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Abuse or exploit the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials provided through DAMDONE are owned by DAMDONE or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except as explicitly stated.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAMDONE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DAMDONE operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Startup Fees

  • Startup or onboarding fees are non-refundable.

  • These fees cover initial setup, configuration, and administrative costs.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable, including partially used billing periods

  • Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing cycle

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • Required by applicable law, or

  • Explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase
